Challenge
The kitchen hadn't been touched since the house was built. Poor ventilation, room for only one cook at a time, and appliances wedged in wherever they'd fit.
Approach
We opened the wall to the dining area, re-ran the electrical and extraction from scratch, and rebuilt the room around a single island.
Result
A kitchen the family finally has room to cook together in, with a price that didn't move from the day they signed.
