Renover started because our founder was tired of renovation quotes that changed halfway through the job.
We're a licensed general contracting studio based in Miami, built around a simple idea: a renovation should feel considered from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. No surprise invoices. No disappearing crews. No decisions made without you in the room.
Every project is run by one dedicated project manager the same person who scoped it, who's on-site daily, and who answers when you call. That continuity is the whole model.
